The Easily 30-Day Promise applies to new purchases of all of our shared hosting and email products.*
The money-back guarantee excludes upgrades and renewals and does not apply to certain offers and promotions including, but not limited to, packages and bundles that Easily may offer from time to time.
* Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds on domain name registrations or our “Build It For Me” website design service. We will also not refund any product that has been used for illegal or unethical purposes.
Customer queries, Feedback and Complaints Procedure
We believe in providing excellent products and services backed by first class support. However, we do realise that sometimes things go wrong. We will endeavour to help solve issues quickly as we can. If you need to contact us to raise an issue, report abuse, make a complaint or give us some feedback then in the first instance contact us at support@easily.uk, or write to us at the address below. We will aim to acknowledge all correspondence within 24 hours.
We will investigate your complaint within three business days. Some complaints by their very nature, however, may take longer than others to resolve. If we have been unable to complete our investigation of your complaint within this timeline we will contact you. We will keep you informed of progress in a way that best suits you and at a time that is convenient for you.
Online Dispute Resolution
If you are resident in the EU, you also have the option to submit complaints on the EU Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”) platform which facilitates the settlement of any disputes online. However, please note that, even if you do submit a complaint on the platform, we do not intend to use the platform to resolve disputes and are under no legal obligation to do so.
